My Mothers Cakes
My Mother took her first Cake class in 1974 but she had
already made several cakes before then,
She made wedding cakes when I was growing up and started the tradition of
allowing us to pick a birthday cake from her cake books.

This is one of my favorite memories of my childhood so here I would like to
publicly say THANKS MOM for all the cakes over the years.
